My journey to discovering my true passion in life started on the front lines, where I took my first steps into leadership. Early on, I experienced both effective and ineffective leadership, which helped shape my own philosophy. I learned how to manage teams, navigate challenges, and inspire growth. Through dedication and continuous learning, I advanced through leadership roles, each bringing new responsibilities that honed my problem-solving, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills. These experiences ultimately prepared me for the biggest challenge of my career—a business turnaround that would not only transform the organization but also reveal my true passion.

As an executive, I faced a struggling business with low morale and fractured trust in leadership. I knew that real change required more than strategy; it required transforming leadership itself. I built a high-performing team, emphasizing vision, accountability, and empowerment. The results were remarkable—engagement soared, performance improved, and the business thrived. Yet, beyond the metrics, what resonated most was the power of leadership to drive meaningful change. It was then that I realized my true calling: developing and transforming leaders and leadership teams. Today, my mission is to help others unlock their potential and create a legacy of leadership that inspires future generations.

While attending the Global Leadership Summit, I was inspired by a speaker who challenged the audience to discover our true passion. I found myself struggling to identify mine, which led to a period of deep reflection. This lack of fulfilment began to take a toll on both my mental and physical well-being, leaving me feeling drained and disconnected from life. My job, filled with stress and negative energy, was affecting me on a profound level, impacting not only my work but also my personal relationships. I no longer recognized the person I was becoming.

One day, I reached a breaking point and had an honest conversation with myself and my business partner, expressing that I could no longer continue in my current role. Letting go of that burden allowed me to regain a sense of freedom and focus on rebuilding my life with a renewed sense of purpose. My first opportunity to support a plant with our custom program reignited my passion, and I left that experience feeling empowered and capable of making a meaningful, transformational impact.
